Tart Cherry by Capella is a little sweet and a whole lot of tart. Can be used as a booster to brighten other fruits as well.

DIRECTIONS: Add the flavour concentrate to our premix base at 0.5-2% (Recommended for CAP) and shake well before use. You now have the power to mix your own favourite flavours right at home. The possibilities are endless!
