DX Sweet Cream by The Flavor Apprentice is a
Buttery Cream with generous mouthfeel. Peppery notes at high %. Preferably not for fruit mix, has cheesy notes above 3%. Great ingredient if used properly.
Water Soluble, PG Based Flavouring.
DIRECTIONS: Add the flavour concentrate to our premix base at 1-3% (Recommended for TFA) and shake well before use. You now have the power to mix your own favourite flavours right at home. The possibilities are endless!
