Dirty Neutral Base by Inawera doesn't look or sound appealing at all but if you are making a tobacco flavour and want to add authenticity to it than you must use this flavour. We recommend it at 1-2%
Water Soluble, PG based flavouring.
DIRECTIONS: Add the flavour concentrate to our premix base at 1-2% (Recommended for INW) and shake well before use. You now have the power to mix your own favourite flavours right at home. The possibilities are endless!
