Acetyl Pyrazine by The Flavor Apprentice is a gritty flavour that is meant to add texture to your mix. It works well in bakeries, cereals, nuts and tobaccos. Too much of this and you'll get a corn chip flavour that is not enjoyable. So go light and everything will be alright.
Water Soluble, PG Based Flavouring.
DIRECTIONS: Add the flavour concentrate to our premix base at 0.5-2% (Recommended for TFA) and shake well before use. You now have the power to mix your own favourite flavours right at home. The possibilities are endless!
